We work with a variety of trusted couriers to offer the most efficient and cost-effective shipping options. Our Suppliers ship products directly from their distribution centres once full payment has been received. Below, we outline the couriers we use and our shipping procedures.

Couriers Used by Yardig Suppliers

Our Suppliers partner with multiple couriers to ensure timely delivery. The choice of courier depends on factors such as item weight, package size, and shipping costs. Below are some of the couriers our Suppliers use:

Australia Post
Australia Post uses Parcel Post or Express Post for delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If the delivery is missed or there is no safe place to leave the item, it will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection.

Aramex
Aramex provides both Authority to Leave (ATL) and signature-required services. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be taken to a nearby collection point. A non-PO Box address is required for Aramex deliveries.

Allied Express
Allied Express contacts customers via SMS or phone before delivery. If delivery is missed, the driver will leave a note with instructions for re-delivery or collection.

Border Express
A non-PO Box address is required for Border Express deliveries. If delivery is missed, a 'Sorry We Missed You' card will be left with instructions for re-delivery or collection.

CouriersPlease
CouriersPlease deliveries are signature-required. The customer will be asked to choose a delivery option such as ATL, collection point delivery, or rescheduling delivery.

Direct Freight Express
Direct Freight Express sends an email confirmation with a consignment note. If the delivery is missed, the driver will leave a parcel in a safe place or notify the customer for re-delivery.

Hunter Couriers
Hunter Couriers provides tracking details via email once the order is dispatched. If delivery is missed, the parcel will be returned to the depot, and the customer will be notified for re-delivery.

Sendle
Sendle delivers orders with tracking details via email. If delivery is missed, the courier will leave a card or take the parcel to a collection point.

StarTrack
StarTrack, owned by Australia Post, offers real-time tracking and delivery updates in major capital cities. If the delivery is missed, it will be taken to the closest Post Office for collection.

TNT Australia
TNT requires a non-PO Box address for delivery. Signature is not required unless specifically requested.

Team Global Express
A non-PO Box address is required for Team Global Express delivery. If delivery is missed, the customer will receive instructions for re-delivery or collection.

Shipping FAQs

1. How long does it take to dispatch my order?
Estimated dispatch timeframes depend on the individual Supplier. Typically, orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment has been received. Delivery timeframes start once the order has been dispatched.

2. What if you provided an undeliverable postcode?
If a postcode is undeliverable for some SKUs, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded. For further inquiries about undeliverable postcodes, please contact us.

3. How does shipping to New Zealand work?
Some Suppliers ship to New Zealand, with delivery fees and taxes calculated upon arrival. For orders over NZ$1000, a Duty tax may apply.

4. Who is responsible for missing or damaged packages?
Suppliers are responsible for missing or damaged packages.

5. What if you provides the wrong postage address?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. We can cancel the order and resubmit it with the correct address, but additional charges may apply. To avoid this, we recommend that you double-check your address before placing an order.
