Warranty, Refunds & Returns

At Yardig, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our warranty and return policies ensure you're taken care of if your product is faulty or damaged.

• Warranty: All products come with a 12-month warranty against defects or damages, subject to the Australian Consumer Law. Some products may have specific warranty terms—please check the product listing for details.
• Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately with your order number, a description of the issue, and images or videos of the product. We may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.
• Return for Refund: Returns are accepted for faulty goods or missing parts. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is processed.
• Change of Mind: We do not accept change of mind returns for health and safety products, bulk orders, or opened packages. Change of mind returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery, and a restocking fee may apply.
